ALEXANDER BAIN - DAVINA ROSS

ALEXANDER BAIN was born in Orwell, Kinross, on the 16th of August, 1829.

Son of JOHN BAIN, Ploughman, and JANE HEPBURN. Jane died before 1863. (Ref. Alexander's marriage certificate)

Alexander was living in Portmoak at the time of his marriage. His occupation was Ploughman.

DAVINA ROSS was born in Kirkliston about 1842.

Daughter of Lindsay Ross and Mary Paton.

Davina was living in Scotlandswell at the time of her marriage. Her occupation was Domestic Servant.

Alexander and Davina were married at the Free Church Manse on the 4th of December, 1863.
